Bud Technology started with a simple frustration: too many California cannabis brands were handing over their product and losing control of it, buried in confusing invoices, surprise fees, and contracts that seemed to work for everyone except the brand. We thought distribution should work the other way around.
So in 2017 we earned California's first annual cannabis distribution license and built the company we wished existed: operator-run, fully licensed, and structured around the brand's cash flow instead of our own. Warehousing, dispatch, last-mile delivery, and METRC-ready compliance support under one roof, with pricing you can actually read and terms you agree to before product ever enters our warehouse.
Today that foundation moves millions of units across the state, from hubs in Orange County and Sacramento to licensed retailers in every California region.
